Our portfolio of over 11 million square feet of office space in Metro-served, urban-infill submarkets features on-site and surrounding amenities attractive to corporate, non-profit and government tenants.

RESIDENTIAL

We believe that our residential portfolio of over 6,000 units offers the best in urban living. We focus on vibrant neighborhoods with sought-after amenities which, when combined with our award-winning designs and services create some of the most desired living options in the region.

RETAIL

We own, lease, and operate over 1.7 million square feet of prime retail located across the Delaware region typically in or adjacent to our office or residential properties. Our retail tenants range from top destination restaurants and grocers to local artisans and shops, which create vibrant streetscapes that enhance communities.

DEVELOPMENT

Our future development pipeline includes over 18.7 million square feet of potential development density in infill locations across Delaware area. We expect that this pipeline will allow us to double our portfolio over time with premier projects across all asset classes.
